When are your delivery days?

We deliver to Sioux Lookout on Wednesdays from 2pm-6pm and to Dryden on Thursdays from 2pm-6pm. You will choose your specific delivery date from a calendar during the ‘checkout’ part of your order so pick what works best for you!

Just have a cooler outside your front door that we can put your order in! If no one’s home and there’s no cooler present, we won’t deliver your order. You’ll have to text Bobbie (807-220-3654) to make other arrangements if you forget!

When do I pick up my online order?

If you chose “Pickup” during the ordering process, you can find your order with Bobbie at the Dryden Arena parking lot on Thursdays from 3pm-4pm.

what if I can’t pick up my order on the date i chose?

If you or a friend can’t make it please text Bobbie right away (807-220-3654) to make other arrangements.
If your order contains perishables and we can’t get ahold of you, we may pay the box forward in your name to a local organization like Dryden Food Bank or DNFC on Friday, or freeze items for you, ensuring none of the food gets wasted!

do i have to order online?

Yes. The 2024 Food Hub pilot has come to an end (which offered limited store hours) and we found we cannot sustain a brick and mortar location going forward. By focusing on online shopping we can keep being non-profit, while providing the best opportunities for our local farmers and producers.

Why choose to shop with 807?

We are a non-profit organization which means that our farmers and food producers get to set their own prices without being undercut by the organization! We are solely providing a connection between the customer and the farmer and find ways to keep our lights on through funding, grants, partnerships and events instead of out of the pockets of our producers! When you shop with us you truly are supporting the food growers from your community!

how local are the products?

Finding food producers within our community is our main goal! We do reach out to other community-based food systems across NorthWestern Ontario to try and fill the voids in our product lines and provide a well rounded source for your shopping needs. BUT we will always prioritize producers who are closer to home! (We won’t bring in meat products from Thunder Bay, for example, because we have enough meat producers in our local neck of the woods). Plus, the closer to home our food is grown, the stronger our local food economy will be!

How can I become a producer member?

Email us at 807foodcoop@gmail.com. We’ll get in touch to explain how to sign up, help you get your products online, and get your goods out into the community!
